Breaking Ground at Menger Springs!
Future residents and staff joined in support of Morningside Ministries’ newest expansion at Morningside Ministries at Menger Springs. Set for completion in 2015, this expansion will redefine retirement living. These private residences of modern architecture with a brand-new dining venue and additional common spaces, combined with excellent services and programs will offer an exceptional quality of life.

Representatives of The North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Chamber of San Antonio and The Boerne Chamber of Commerce attended and supported us in these announcements. We are incredibly grateful for our board of directors in attendance. Their support and guidance has been integral in this expansion process. Thank you former Mayor of Boerne, Patrick Heath, and current Mayor, Mike Schultz, for being in attendance for this event. Your kind words further energize our passion for the Boerne community and our gratitude for its citizens.

The event was a tremendous accomplishment for our teams at Menger Springs. They have worked tirelessly alongside our V.P. of Sales and Marketing, Sandra Scott, to make this expansion a success. Our teams have already presold over 60% of the new residences.
