We continue to abide by visitation guidelines for senior living facilities set forth by the Texas Health & Human Services Commission to ensure the best chances for you to see your loved ones. However, rules and regulations are subject to change as the situation evolves. Current visitation opportunities are as follows:
- All visitors must be screened for COVID-19 and wear a mask while visiting. Unvaccinated visitors must wear a N95 mask in our Independent Living areas, and all visitors must wear a N95 while in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing areas. Please continue to follow the guidelines provided to you by the Executive Directors.
- Reminder: If you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, or an upset stomach, please refrain from visiting your loved ones until symptoms clear. What we might believe to be allergies could in fact be COVID.
San Antonio and the surrounding areas are experiencing dangerously high COVID-19 positivity rates and hospitalizations due to the delta variant. Please continue to wear your masks, wash your hands often, and practice social distancing when possible, it is up to each of us to protect our loved ones. We will continue to provide you with weekly updates on our COVID-19 efforts, should you have any questions please contact your respective community director – thank you.
