Assisted Living and Memory Care
We’re excited to welcome you in! Tours will begin once the building receives its Certificate of Occupancy. We’ll be sharing updates and opening our tour calendar as soon as this milestone is reached.
Memory Care offers a secure, thoughtfully designed environment for residents living with dementia. It includes a safe wandering path, enhanced hands-on support, and specialized programming. Assisted Living supports residents who need help with daily activities while maintaining greater independence.
Yes. Residents may move between basic, intermediate and advanced levels of care as their needs change, based on ongoing clinical assessments to ensure the right level of care at the right time.
Apartment reservations can be made online or in-person. To reserve your preferred apartment, a $1,000 refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward the total community fee. The remaining $1,500 of the community fee will be due closer to your move-in date. Please note that the community fee is non-refundable.
Our dialysis center will serve current Morningside Ministries residents as well as those staying with us for Short-Term Rehabilitation.
The Manor building will be removed as part of our campus transformation, making way for the next chapter of our community.
Yes! We welcome pets with a pet deposit, current veterinary records, and confirmation that the resident can safely care for the pet independently or with a private pet-care service.
Yes. Scheduled transportation will be available, with one dedicated day each week for resident appointments.
No. There is no community fee for current residents who are transferring within the community.
Yes, laundry services are included. Residents may choose our full-service community laundry using a provided laundry bag, or use the on-site laundry room, which features three washers and three dryers available at no cost for residents and families.
Yes. Private caregivers for companion and personal support services, such as pet care, are welcome with required background checks and check-in procedures. Clinical care services, including but not limited to bathing assistance, medication management, and meal preparation, are provided by our trained community team.
Yes. Our on-site medical providers regularly visit and offer timely support, making care coordination simple and efficient. Residents may keep their primary care physicians, though using our medical team often helps avoid delays when care needs arise.
We do not have posted visiting hours. Our front door is accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Family and guests are still welcome to visit after 6:00 p.m. Please note that after hours, our team may be assisting residents, so we appreciate your patience while staff come to the door to let you in.
