The Transitional Care program at Morningside at The Meadows is guided by a highly skilled team of rehabilitation specialists who work with individuals with illnesses, injuries, or functional and physical disabilities, all in a warm and welcoming environment.
Our rehabilitation team includes occupational, physical and speech therapists, social workers, nursing and dietary professionals and restorative aides — all working alongside our medical rehabilitation director. Our team members are experienced, caring specialists trained in all forms of therapy and needs management.
Coming soon: an all-new Transitional Care neighborhood
Opening early 2026, our Transitional Care program will be in a brand-new home in the all-new Kaulbach building on our Morningside at The Meadows campus. We’re excited to unveil all-new, beautiful short-term rehabilitation suites, state-of-the-art equipment and services, and so much more. Our goal is simple: break the mold for what a short-term rehabilitation program feels like by offering better services, better equipment, and smarter rehabilitation programs, all in a stunning environment that is a pleasure to be in.
