Guest Speaker The Rt. Rev. David M. Reed, 10th diocesan bishop of West Texas from 2007–2023
Bishop Reed will weave his warmth, love and wit into a moving reminder about the great responsibility we all have to care for seniors—for those who once cared for us. Born in Brownsville, Bishop Reed graduated from The University of Texas and the Seminary of the Southwest. He was a schoolteacher and coach until being called to ordained ministry. He served parishes in Harlingen and Victoria before his election as a bishop.
